What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer $10 flat rate EXPRESS shipping for anywhere in Australia. That's right only $10 for express!
We offer free express shipping for orders over $259.
We currently aren't shipping outside Australia at this time.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to pack your order and 1-2 business days for your order to arrive once it's been picked up.
We currently have parcel pick ups every Monday and Thursday.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@robesociety.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How do I track my order?
You should receive a tracking number sent to your email once your item has been shipped.
Our courier service is Mail Plus and you can track your parcel directly from their website.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us ASAP via email support@robesociety.com and we will do our best to make the change.
I haven't received my order confirmation/shipping confirmation. What should I do?
If you haven't received an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at support@robesociety.com
